Welcome to Sunnyvale Fitness Blog!

Sunnyvale Fitness is a private personal training facility.  Established January 2006.  Currently, there are 104 active, fun, professional, and friendly members.   Our main goal is to help our members reach their physical goals.  We have already helped hundreds of people lose weight, increase flexibility, and increase strength and endurance.  Whether you have a wedding coming up or simply wish to start a personal fitness program, our experienced and educated staff is here to help and motivate.  Besides our regular intense workouts, we have ocassional group runs/walks, tennis matches, volleyball games, and badminton practices.   Through our networking, we hope we can help create health awareness in our community.  And through this blog help others understand more about fitness in a fun way.
