What is a BOOTCAMP?
Originally refers to military recruit training, the initial indoctrination and instruction given to new military personnel. Now we’re brining this concept to you to match your fitness level with the same discipline.

What are the benefits?
-A commitment and dedication of your time to improve your overall health
-Accountability of working out with a group of people with similar physical goals
-Change and break plateau of your current workout routine
-Get motivated and have fun working out in a group
-Experience something out of the ordinary
-Learn some new exercises and apply them to your future workouts
-Great way to kick start your fitness program if you haven’t started

INDOOR BOOTCAMP (Winter)
TIME: 6am to 7am
DAYS: Monday and Friday
LENGTH: 6 Weeks, 12 classes total
LOCATION: Sunnyvale Fitness 1006 Stewart Dr. Sunnyvale, CA 94085
COST: $169 / person (10% off for members)
