What is a BOOTCAMP?
Originally refers to military recruit training, the initial indoctrination and instruction given to new military personnel. Now we’re brining this concept to you to match your fitness level with the same discipline.

What are the benefits?
-A commitment and dedication of your time to improve your overall health
-Accountability of working out with a group of people with similar physical goals
-Change and break plateau of your current workout routine
-Get motivated and have fun working out in a group
-Experience something out of the ordinary
-Learn some new exercises and apply them to your future workouts
-Great way to kick start your fitness program if you haven’t started

INDOOR BOOTCAMP (Winter)
TIME: 6am to 7am
DAYS: Monday and Friday
LENGTH: 6 Weeks, 12 classes total
LOCATION: Sunnyvale Fitness 1006 Stewart Dr. Sunnyvale, CA 94085
COST: $169 / person (10% off for members)

Numba Class – Nov 5th!

ZUMBA CLASS!!

What is Zumba?
Zumba is a new wave of doing fitness. It’s a dance based cardio class. It blends a rhythm of Latin and Hip hop Music.

What are the benefits?
-Burn up to 1000 calories in one hour class
-A new fun, different form of cardio than your typical treadmill, ellliptical, bike, etc.
-You’ll learn cool, new dance moves
-A great effective way to “trick” the body as you do various movements that keeps the body challenged
-So fun, you’ll want to keep coming back
-All levels are welcome!!

TIME: 7am
DAY: Saturday

COST: $15 / person ($12 for members)
